A 40 plus years veteran of HR management. Started with Sarawak Shell Management and progressed to senior managerial positions in different GLCs/MNCs, climaxing as the Senior HR Director (Asia Pacific) role for Xyratex. In 2012, he sat up Global Business Transformation Consulting focused on General/HR consulting, and Halal Business Development.

Achievements include winning the 2004 PM’s HR award for AMD, pioneering in 2 Performance Linked Collective Agreements and helping turnaround Courts Malaysia by reducing its manning from 1700 to 1200, closing 30 unprofitable branches and installing a work performance culture all within a 2-year span.
