He also served for the past three terms as the President of the Malaysian Oil & Gas Engineering Council (MOGEC)

For over 17 years, Rashid was the Executive Director of Toyo Engineering & Construction and have been one of the key driving forces for Toyo Group’s growth in Malaysia including the multi-billion US dollars lump sum Steam Cracker Complex project

Azman Ahmad, a veteran of over 30 years in the oil and gas industry, services and corporate sectors. He was the Managing Director of Boustead Penang Shipyard Sdn Bhd a Petronas Licensed Major O&G Fabrication company and the Group Director of Oil & Gas / Energy for the Boustead Group of companies in Malaysia. He also served as CEO of Ingenuity Solutions Berhad(ISB)

Ir. Azman is an Industry Advisory Panel member of the Malaysian Petroleum Resources Corporation (MPRC) and was Industry Advisor for ThinklogicalInc., a USA based company. He sits on the Board of SPIE Oil and Gas Services Malaysia Sdn Bhd, and was also previously on the Board of Tele Dynamics Sdn Bhd, the distributor of Toshiba Office Automation in Malaysia, and a board member of several other private companies
